El ambiente era bueno, el nivel de ruido estaba bien, faltaba la comida. El servicio fue muy bueno, buenos camareros y recepción! ¡La dulzura de las salsas en nuestra comida mexicana era muy diferente y no era buena! Incluso la salsa para las papas fritas era más como espagueti, ¿cómo arruinas algo simple como la salsa? Creemos que lo peor fue la salsa de enchilada, la salsa dulce, la canela no va con enchiladas, no me importa si es California, no sabe bien, ¡lo siento!
The only problem is that the restaurant would not accept my open table rewards certificate even though I had booked the meal using it. Please note I also did not receive any rewards points. Very disappointing. Server and manager did their best to make amends but did not credit it to the bill.
I'd like to recommend that you consider lowering the volume of your music (noice) during the lunch hour in general...if you checkout the number of business people that come now to W you'll get more lunch business if we could hear ourselves...thnaks for your kind consideration
El camarero era un idiota, trató de vender todo y fue grosero y lento para traer todo lo que pedimos. La comida era mediocre en el mejor de los casos, las salsas eran exageradas y las tortillas tenían un sabor rancio. No lo recomendaría! Reserva una mesa ahora
Las bebidas originales están descolgadas. Y la anfitriona y otras chicas muy amables. Sam nos estaba esperando y no podríamos haber pedido un mejor camarero. Se le informó sobre el lugar, la comida, las bebidas, etc. Valora eso.
My family dined at Wokano on New Year's Eve. The service and food were excellent. Wokano has been the only place we've dine at where the service and food do not suffer from the busy holidays. It is consistently very, very good.
Food was good but not great. I probably should have gotten sushi but instead ordered the chicken and broccoli. Would go again but order something different. It was a lot of food so that’s nice.
