The service was terrible. It took an hour for our appetizers to arrive, and we had to repeatedly request a glass of water. The burger was overcooked, and the coffee machine had malfunctioned, so we had to wait until it was turned back on. When the coffee finally came, it was definitely not cappuccinos—more like very strong coffee with just a splash of milk. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.
The service was appalling. It took an hour for our starters to arrive and we had to ask several times for a jug of water. The burger was over cooked. The coffee machine had been tuned off, we had to wait for it to be turned back on and when they eventually arrived they definitely weren’t cappuccinos. Very strong coffee with little milk. Not a great experience
We had to wait over 25 minutes to place our order because they forgot about us. The food was disappointing, especially compared to other hotels in the area. The burger was cold, and the chicken didn't taste great. The prices are reasonable, though—we spent £47 for two starters, main dishes, and beers.

The food was overpriced for the quality. I wish I had just stopped after the appetizers. I had a small issue redeeming a prepaid dinner voucher, but it was resolved in the end.
