Initially, I thought the prices were a bit steep, but I've come to realize they've consistently overcharged me on every order. For example, I was billed over $27 for chicken tenders, which are supposed to be $7.95, along with a large cheese pie for $13.00. Today was the first time I checked my bill after more than five orders from Buccos, and instead of the chicken fingers I ordered, I received chicken nuggets—something not even on their menu! I ordered from Grubhub and had a disappointing experience. While the restaurant is decent for dinner, if you enjoy waiting 90 minutes for a hot meal only for it to arrive cold, then this place might suit you. I ordered a linguini dinner, but it didn't come with any linguini at all. The Arugula Salad with Portobellos was equally lacking, missing both arugula and portobellos, and it didn't even have dressing. Although I didn't order the cheesecake, I can only imagine it would have been just as unsatisfactory. Given that I spent over $30 plus a mandatory 20% tip, I expected much better. I'm hopeful they can improve based on the feedback I've submitted on their website.
I will never order from this restaurant again because of the way the owner treated me. I placed a to go order for one order of pasta and it took over an hour, even though the place was empty, and the owner told me to “get out of his restaurant“ when I questioned why the pasta was taking so long. He was extremely disrespectful, was not even wearing a mask, and wouldn’t be shocked if he spit in my food after our encounter. His attitude was horrible. Terrible, terrible service. I suggest finding another place to eat, unless you don’t mind waiting an hour for your food and being yelled at. If I could give this place zero stars I would.
If I could, I would give this restaurant zero stars. My experience was absolutely terrible! The service was horrendous, and the place felt deserted, with hardly any customers or staff in sight. I even saw cockroaches. When I finally managed to get someone's attention, I ordered a chicken sandwich, but the chicken was undercooked. When I tried to show the manager, who I suspect is also the owner, he was extremely rude. Overall, it was a dreadful experience. I strongly recommend avoiding this restaurant. I wish I had checked the negative reviews beforehand, so make sure to do that before you decide to eat here.

Tonight, when we followed up, the owner claimed he had no knowledge of the situation and refused to send us anything. It's appalling that they would take advantage of customers during these times. This isn’t the first time they’ve made a mistake with our order, but it will definitely be the last. After several years of being a loyal customer, it's disappointing to be treated this way. I urge others to support local pizzerias that are honest and truly value their customers.
I ordered from this restaurant a few days ago, and my experience was terrible. When I received my order, it was unappetizing. I couldn't even take two bites before noticing a couple of hairs in my food. When I called to voice my complaint, I was put on hold and never received a follow-up. I will NEVER be dining here again. To make matters worse, the owner, who also prepared the meals, was rude and dismissive. He insisted that everything was perfect and claimed that "everyone loves our food," which left me shocked. Ultimately, I was compelled to pay for the pasta dishes, despite his refusal to remove them from the bill and his insistence that we take them to go. We didn't want them because the food was simply inedible.
Additionally, there were allegations that he encouraged family members to leave fake reviews online in order to boost the restaurant's reputation. While the location was great, the management did not meet expectations. Fortunately, this restaurant is no longer in operation.

I ordered pizza and chicken tenders for delivery, but instead of the tenders, I received a tray of McDonald's chicken nuggets. I might have found it funny if they hadn't charged me $10 for it. I won't be ordering from them again.
The garlic knots were stale, but the customer service was even worse. The overall atmosphere felt more like a funeral home than a restaurant.
