Buffalo Republic - Reservar una mesa

This is one of the better steakhouses I have tried in Manizales. The meat was obviously fresh and was cooked perfectly to order (which is sometimes hit or miss in Latin America.) It is located on Carrera 23, south of Cable Plaza near Batallon in an area dotted by good restaurants. I will definitely return. I give this restaurant a 4.2 out of 5 among comparable restaurants.

nice new place, great staff. 90mil for couple: appetizer, wine w two main dishes including tip. I must try the burgers for lunch next time ~20mil.

An excellent option, great food and an outstanding service. Loved the buffalo burger and the the fries, not the best wings though.

Great food, drinks were exciting, pleasant ambiance and friendly staff. 100% would go again. One of the best places in Manizales.
