We had to wait a few minutes to be seated since we arrived during happy hour, and it seemed like there was a shift change happening. The booth we were given was nice and reasonably clean, and there were TVs everywhere for entertainment. However, the service was quite inconsistent.

The family and I went today Sunday) for a late lunch. We waited 10 minutes to be seated and watched a waitress deliberately not make eye contact with us as she roamed the dining room. Meanwhile we could hear all the other staff gathered in the back laughing and talking loudly. After we were seated our waitress came after another 15 minutes so we ordered our drinks and food at the same time. The kids got wings and my wife and I got brisket tacos. Every table was dirty and it took 10 minutes to greet us. We finally got a table and after waiting for a server, I waited another 15 minutes and still never received my drink, so I cancelled it. There were only 4 draft beer drinkers at the bar andmaybe only 1 of the other 6 tables had bar drinks. The server didn't care and never explained or apologized. We arrived around 8:30pm it wasn’t busy. Our server was too busy socializing with another customer the entire time. It took 45 minutes to order food we had to stop her ask if we could order. We waited for a very long time to get our food. My wrap had absolutely nothing in it. I basically received a tortilla. We ordered dessert, waited 10 minutes, overheard her speaking to another server about forgetting the dessert, then we waited another 10 minutes for it… still did not get our dessert then told her nevermind. We sat there for over 2 hours had to stop her as she went by for any service. If I could give zero stars I could. She was also a very unkind person. Absolutely terrible service.

We were a party of 12. If you don't have enough help don't seat every table. I would rather wait than sit with no service. 35 minutes (no exaggeration) just for the first round of drinks. Food came out sporadically the final meal, a kids meal no less, ahalf hour after the first entree was delivered. No apologies whatsoever.... It will be a long time before I return here.
Late lunch on a Monday afternoon. No crowd. Easy to find with plenty of parking. There was a lot more stuff on the menu than just wings. Some unique dishes. Service was prompt. My food was hot. Burn your tongue off hot. I ordered two items. By the timeI finished the first the second was still hot. Prices were high. Would be happy to go back.
It was nice a quiet while we were there eating dinner. We ordered traditional and.bonless wings fries and.onions rings. The food was delicious, came in a timely manner. The price was fantastic for feeding three people was comparable to fast food if nOtcheaper. The wait staff was very friendly and quick. We will definitely return
Unless you have a couple of free hours to wait for service, don't go. 1 bartender to handle 1/2 of the restaurant on a Saturday. She was great. But explained that the owner needs to save money. I guess some people don't understand that to make money, you got to spend money.

The boneless wings were a tiny bit chewy and probably a little old but it was fairly late at night and they were massively understaffed, so honestly not a big deal. Despite only one waitress being on, the service was incredible. And the traditionalwings were awesome.
The first time I went it was horrible, but this time was better.
