She explained that each batch takes 12 minutes, and because I ordered multiple sauces, the order took longer than expected. I used to come here all the time and loved it, but my last few visits have been terrible. The servers are always friendly, but it's clear they're severely understaffed. Last week and again tonight, people were leaving because no one was attending to them. Last week, it took 40 minutes just to be acknowledged, another 40 minutes to get drinks, and then an additional 30 minutes for food. Tonight, there was a sign saying open seating, so my family and I chose a booth and waited 40 minutes with no greeting. Terrible service. Waited over an hour and when I asked to finally speak to a a manger he or she did not come out, instead another employee came out to tell me my food was finally done. The place was empty and I didn?t see any reason as to why Ineeded to wait over an HR for 12 wings. The fact that the manager did not want to come out and talk to me about my experiencesays a lot about this place. I?ll never go back after many years of coming here. Please go back to the old ways
I had an excellent experience at Buffalo Wild Wings! We sat at the bar, and our bartender was outstanding. Despite being the only one working with a busy closing shift ahead, she stayed attentive and friendly the entire time. The restaurant was spotless, and the ambiance was great. When there was a mistake with our order, she quickly caught it, apologized, and fixed it right away. The food turned out fantastic. Thanks for a wonderful evening!

The food at Buffalo Wild Wings was fantastic and spot on, but the service was just okay. Our drinks took a while to arrive, even though the restaurant wasn’t very busy at the time. The staff sometimes stood around chatting and occasionally forgot our orders, so we had to remind them more than once. However, there were times when they were punctual and remembered everything!
The wings at Buffalo Wild Wings are fantastic, though the service can be slow at times. I usually wait around 10 to 15 minutes to settle the bill after getting the check, and even during less busy times, the food can take a while to come out. Still, if you go in with that expectation, it’s easy to overlook since the wings are definitely worth the wait.
I ordered black bean burgers without cheese, but both were served with cheese. It’s concerning since we have a vegan diet, and it felt disrespectful to find melted cheese on top. What if we had an allergy?
I spent $14 on 5 chicken tenders and fries, and I was really let down! The tenders were tiny—hardly 2 inches long! This has to be one of the most disappointing dishes I’ve ever tried.

The sweet habanero dishes are fantastic! They have a great spicy kick without being too hot. Service is prompt, and the atmosphere is welcoming and friendly.
