I have been to this restaurant for a late lunch twice and both times were great experiences. During my first visit, I ordered the boneless wings and during my second visit, I ordered wings with bones. They offer a variety of sauces to choose from. The waitstaff was friendly and helpful without being overly intrusive, and the service was quick and efficient. The atmosphere is pleasant, which is a nice added touch.
I went with a friend and we tried the boneless wings and cheese curds. If you enjoy Buffalo Wild Wings wings, you'll like this place. The food was fresh, tasty, and there were a lot of flavors to choose from. The cheese curds with dipping sauce were also delicious. The staff was easy to communicate with, professional, and efficient. They were busy but still provided good service. Overall, a great experience.
When we arrived, we seated ourselves. It seemed a bit disorganized at first, but it wasn't crowded so it wasn't a big issue. The food didn't stand out in terms of taste compared to other places. However, our waitress was very friendly and attentive. We tried the strawberry margarita during happy hour, which was a great deal at $5. We also ordered 24 wings and they were all tasty.
my review is for a waitress called cassandra, mound location. Every time we had them, she was always so friendly and friendly, always smiling. in today's world, working with public, earning people who are kind to work to be recognized. I ordered “Nashville Hand Breaded Chicken Sandwich” and this is what I got. Old soggy sandwich. The chicken was not crispy and not covered in the hot sauce. The sauce was just drizzled on and overflowing. The veggies were old and soggy. The bread was soggy. Even the fries(not pictured) were soggy. Just bad quality…
Had lunch there on a Saturday afternoon. I eat at this chain often, but it was a first time at this location. I loved the ambiance, easy interaction with my waitress and staff, great prompt service and the food. I had cheese curd and teriyaki bone in wings. It was delicious. My Pepsi was promptly refilled.
Really impressed! Placed our order. Drinks were there in minutes. Our food showed up after one sip of my good Blue Hawaiian. Our house sampler was prepared just the way we like it! Our sauces on the wings were delicious. Server Joe was excellent!

Don't go here to get out. they forgot the salsa for the chips, the zip dimmer for the cheese bits, the ranch dressing for the chicken tsartes and them.
