This isnt the first time I have poor service, once before we order online and as we went in to pick up order the cashier was extremely rude and aggressive when trying to receive the order. I decided to go here because my bf really wanted to eat here. I kept telling him it was going to a bad experience and boy was I right! I chose sweet tea and when I got the tea it wasn't sweet and I just knew it was only the beginning. I just drank anyways, not noticing my cup. I took a drink and sucked up paper through my straw and I looked at my cup and whole napkin was floating around in my tea! I could have choked on that paper. It is very gross! Food took forever when it came out it was not even hot. Fried pickles were soggy, absolutely no sauce on any of the wings. I could tell the waitress was super busy. But when it came down to getting the bill i asked for a box extra sauce because like I stated before there wasn?t any on it really I wasn?t eating my wings without sauce on them. When I first walked in, I thought we were not going to get great service since it took a minute to get seated, but a server soon after sat us and explained to us that they had no hosts. I get it, I?ve worked at bdubs before. Our server, Jake, and pleasetell him I said this, immediately came to our table and brought us everything we asked for. Our food came out clean, our serverpre-bussed, and he gave us the perfect amount of time in between check ins! My drinks were never empty and I got everything Ineeded just on time. Perfect service! I will be requesting him in the future and everyone else should too.

It simply wasn't worth dining out. My kids were eager to try the Doritos-flavored wings, so we decided to go, but unfortunately, they were out of them. We arrived at 6:40 and ordered wings and boneless wings, along with mozzarella sticks as an appetizer. The server forgot our appetizer, and we didn't receive our wings until after 8. I seriously considered leaving to get McDonald's because my kids were so hungry. However, when the food finally arrived, everything was hot and good. They also took $14 off my bill, which was a nice gesture.
We placed an online order for pickup, it was canceled cause it was scheduled for noon not midnight when we showed up. We paid $35.36 on 8/20/22, Blake told us we would be refunded. As of this date and multiple calls and a visit to the store constantlybeing assured they issued a refund we still never received one. So we paid their store almost 36 dollars and didn't even get anyfood. To say the least we will not go back and spend money at this business after this experience.
This was our first time going here. The food was really good and we ordered the lunch special for $8, and you get 6 boneless wings, fries and a drink, so I thought that was a good price. The service was good too. The place was very loud and tons of tvsplaying sports. Which is great if you love sports, I do not lol and no one in there seemed to be paying any attention to the tvseither. We were there at lunch time and they were not that busy at all!
We ate in the bar area around 8pm on a Wednesday night. Service was great, we had a slight mix up in the order, but it was rectified quickly. Food was great, especially this night, wings were fresh and crispy. The only issue we have are those restrooms....????

Was good. Cheese curd bacon burger really delicious. Cheese curds were authentic. So very pleased. Toby our server was very polite and spot on. Checked frequently on us. Definitely recommend a visit.
I guess you have to mix your own wings in the sauce now lol
