I've placed orders here more then a few times and every time I have, something was always wrong with it. The most recent time, I requested the wings be extra sauce and I even called the restaurant to make sure they would do it and when I picked up the order they were pretty much bone dry. It may seem like a little thing to complain about but traditional wings are very expensive and we spent over $80 dollars that night for food that wasn't prepared to out liking. The food was ok, and the girl that served us was very nice, but what I was not happy about, was when it came to the check, we were asked if we would like to pay by card or cash. When we said card, we were next told that we would now have to give our phone number to use the card and to view our check, or we would need to pay cash. Found this to be some scam so that they would then have our number so we could receive texts about their offers. That is not right! I did not want to leave my number and was then forced to pay cash, which luckily I had just enough for the check, and very little was left for the nice server as a tip. I visited this restaurant for lunch, and it took 10 minutes for anyone to take our order. After waiting over 30 minutes, we thought our food was finally on the way, only to see another table that arrived after us getting their meals first. When my friend asked the waitress how they received their food before us, she reacted defensively and walked away. Frustrated, we decided to leave. We had only ordered boneless wings and onion rings. Other tables appeared to be waiting even longer than we were. This will be my last visit. I wouldn't recommend the Brick location.
I was seated and than NOTHING......sat here with my girlfriend and her son for 9 mins with no one coming over to the table..no one came til the greeter came by and I said what no one works here .he took our order..as you see there is really NO ONE in here.if my girlfriend wasnt hungry i would have left.doesnt matter what i ordered or how good it may or may not be,first impression is everything to me.being left to just sit like I was non existent ruined my whole experience at this Buffalo wild wings...

Went for our 9yr olds birthday. The place was dead, not unexpected for two days before Christmas. Our waitress was amazing, can’t remember her name but she had blonde/red hair and glasses. She treated the birthday boy amazing and took care of all our annoying requests. We haven’t had the best service there lately but she was amazing.
They call this wings, had to toss myself no ranch or blue cheese even though I ordered. The staff were non-existent and the sauces provided were enough for a wing. I did this for my dinner from work and they expect you to run quality control for them. Waste of time, food and money.
Still think this place is a little on the expensive side for bar food, and not many healthy choices, but the brisket tacos are pretty good. Service is good and friendly. Lots of tv's to watch games, which I feel is probably one of the main reasons to go there.
I’ve experienced missing food three times in a row, both when dining in and during delivery. Tonight, they attempted to substitute 10 wings with fried pickles instead, thinking it was acceptable to get away with that on a delivery order.

I visited on a Tuesday afternoon when the restaurant was not very crowded. I was lucky to receive excellent service, enjoy hot food served in a timely manner, and be attended to by a lovely waitress. I have no complaints at all!
Pickup order 10 wings only one dip not a single napkin or wipe. And this nasty looking wing!
