Our server was very nice, but unfortunately, that couldn't resolve the issues we faced. By the time we were able to place our order, we were left to entertain our five kids as we waited for our food. We finally placed our order around 6:47, and our main dishes arrived at 7:30. We had to rush through our meal, and we didn’t receive the check until 7:45. I can understand delays when a restaurant is busy, but the place was nearly empty!
The Cobb salad was wilted and lacked the crisp freshness you would expect. The barbecue sauce on the wings was overly thick, and both of our IPAs tasted watered down. Additionally, there’s a charge of $1.50 for a small cup of blue cheese dressing.

We chose Buffalo Wild Wings today because there were no tablets for ordering, but unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The queso was overly watery, and the wings didn’t meet our expectations—they could have been fried a little longer. To make matters worse, we were charged for celery, even though the menu didn’t mention any fee for it. I also had to ask for caramel sauce for the cheesecake, despite it being in the dessert’s name, and when it arrived, the cheesecake was completely frozen. Unfortunately, I had a really terrible experience with the service tonight. The kitchen prepared my burger, but no one was at the front to help. It seemed like the waiter and bartender preferred to serve customers who were drinking alcohol or those they knew. I chose to sit at the bar so that the bartender would notice me and I could place my order and retrieve my food, but that didn’t happen. I’m in the service industry myself, so I understand how it works, but I just didn’t get the chance to enjoy my dinner. I was hoping to grab a beer after my meal, but at this point, I really don’t want to be here. At least the kitchen did a good job with the food.
I don't recommend this restaurant. I've tried ordering delivery and pickup about 4-5 times, and they have never gotten my order right. The latest experience was the worst; they didn't answer my calls, so I had to drive there and wait 45 minutes just to get a refund. They were out of boneless wings but instead of notifying me, they delivered bone-in wings 2 hours after I placed my order. Save yourself the hassle and go to Slim Chickens across the street instead. You’ll likely save time and money, enjoy better food, and receive superior customer service. At least the manager was friendly. I hope this location can improve in the future.

I can't even describe the experience as the worst service, because we were never actually served at all. We were initially told we could sit at a high-top table, but then they informed us that we couldn't be served there. We were then seated at a regular table, where we watched everyone else around us get served. After waiting for 25 minutes without any service, we decided to leave while the servers laughed. It was really disappointing.
I had a wonderful experience! I hadn't been to this location in about a year, but I felt it was the right time to share my thoughts. The food was amazing, just as I remembered, and the staff was friendly and attentive. There are plenty of booths, and the layout is very similar to the College Park location. I would definitely give it a 5 out of 5!
I'm visiting my family in Maryland and having a wonderful time! My son was eager to go to Buffalo Wild Wings, so we decided to check it out, and the food was great! Be sure to take a look at the pictures to see what we enjoyed. The next time you spot a Buffalo Wild Wings, I highly recommend giving it a try—you won't regret it!
I had to go somewhere else for dinner because they didn't have half the items I wanted to order. When I asked if they could offer a substitute from the same menu, they wouldn’t allow it. This isn't the first time I've experienced this, and it makes me hesitate to give them another chance.

I had a delicious double smashed cheeseburger paired with a couple of Blue Moons at this restaurant. Be sure to ask for "Dubi"; she's an excellent server and a student at Bowie State University. Go Bulldogs!
