Went for March Madness. I wanted to watch a 610 game at the bar, so I got here at 5:20 to make sure I got a spot. Good thing I did as I had the fight the less than 10 people in the place for a seat. But I ordered a simple wing plate right when I got in, and took till after 6 to get it out. I placed an order at 6 to take to my wife, and it’s 6:52 and still not out. The service is horrible at this location . of late this particular location has gone to dogs. Not sure if they screen the waiters before they hire. They are pathetic and rude. One of the waitresses when asked for utensils said she has work to do (dishes) and can't bring the fork in an unwelcoming tone. There were hardly guests in 2-3 tables. When we reported to the Manager, he looked helpless.Overall bad place to visit.
First of all, when I called to order, the woman taking my order was rude and sounded like she really did not want to be there. I ordered 10 piece wings and French fries. I spent over $20.00. The wings did not have much meat on them and they were dry and did not taste good. The fries were good however. This is not what I would expect from a restaurant that specializes in wings. I will not be going back.
I had a disappointing experience at Buffalo wild wings.The service was incredibly slow, and the staff were unresponsive to our needs. Despite repeated attempts to get their attention, we were ignored. Overall, it was a frustrating and unpleasant dining experience.

I used to love coming here, especially for UFC fights. However, the manager has told the staff not to show the fights anymore, so I no longer have a reason to return. I'll also be passing this feedback along to BWW corporate.
I called on Saturday, 2/24/2024 at 5:20pm to ask about a promotion Buffalo Wild Wings in doing on Monday 2/24/2024. The representative told me her manager was “too busy” to let me know what time the promotion is.
We waited a long time to be seated, even though it wasn't a busy time. It seemed like they were short-staffed. However, the overall experience improved after that.
Kanisha is fantastic. She consistently makes our visits enjoyable. The service is excellent, the food is delicious, and the overall atmosphere is wonderful.

The person at the front seemed quite slow or lacking in understanding. It was frustrating dealing with them.
We celebrated my Grandson's 28th birthday. We had a wonderful time!Parking: Plenty of parking spaces.
