I was there Saturday afternoon. Jessica was the only person along with bartender who were friendly. We were assigned a server but she looked like she didn't wanna be there or didn't like her job so Jessica took over our table (I'm glad she did) because I can't deal with people who have an attitude. 3 stars for Jessica. She provided exceptional service but honestly I won't return to that place. Even the manager was rude and they werent even busy. Note to people with attitude, if u dont like your job then don't work there. We as paying customers deserve proper service
I had my first experience at Buffalo Wild Wings, and it exceeded my expectations. We visited in the early afternoon and tried their lunch special. We ordered four different wing flavors: lemon pepper, garlic honey, Asian zing, and mango habanero. My favorite was the mango habanero, as I enjoy spicy food, and it was both spicy and sweet. I even placed a to-go order for that flavor alone! The service was excellent, and the restaurant and restrooms were clean. I would definitely return.
As for the wings, I was only really impressed by the original buffalo and orange chicken flavors; the others were just average. One highlight of the evening was the Spicy Passion Fruit Margarita. Coincidentally, February 22nd is National Margarita Day, which added a fun twist to our meal. This cocktail paired nicely with our food.
However, I was disappointed by the wait time for our order. I didn't expect to wait 25-30 minutes for our food to arrive, especially on a weekday.
Overall negative experience. This place is not good for accomodating large groups of people. From what I understand, they are only able to split a tab up to 3 times and when you have a big group, one person ends up paying a good portion of the bill. The service was not that great as well. Bathrooms could also be better maintained. Only giving 2 stars because the wings were alright.

Extremely slow service today. We were 1 of 4 occupied tables in the whole restaurant. It took over 60 minutes to get our meal. 1 burger and an order of wings. Never got a refill for ice tea. Tough day at BWW. QUALITY of food after it arrived is the only reason they received any stars.
We had a dinner there this evening.beside that the food was delicious, the customer service by Kristal was super friendly and professional I would give 10/10 for Kristal My little son was asking the manager to give raise to Kristal since she was a great waiter ?
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Although the restaurant was busy, which caused some delays in the kitchen, the servers were pleasant, and the food was still enjoyable. Thank you!
I would love to see the BeatBox cocktail menu that is already in other locations throughout California and Arizona at this location. Wings Beatbox cocktails would be the perfect combo?.
