After being a very loyal customer for many years and recommending many friends an family to eat here, the staff here could care less about their customer service. The last few visits our servers messed up our orders, or our meals were missing items that we had to ask for numerous times to be corrected. Then todays incident was the nail in the coffin for us, as I sent my son in to pick up to go order that was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes. 30 mins later we are still waiting and the server didn't care. On top of that she gave my son a receipt but kept the change as if it was her tip? Really? You guys should be ashamed of yourselves, but great job losing valued customers....
It's been years since I've eaten at Mexico Tipico. We went after a local corporate event so there were 20+ of us, with reservations, they accommodated our group with no problems. Food was good. I totally enjoyed my combination plate of Chile Relleno and Chicken Enchilada. My wife had the tostada and Pork Enchilada. I tasted her Enchilada and it was amazing. I think they used Chicharones. A few of our party ordered Beef Birria Tacos and it in was amazing as well. And so, I intend to return to try that. I highly recommend this place.Parking: Restaurant shares parking with a few businesses in the complex so parking can be difficult. We came at night and it was packed.
One of my favorite Mexican restaurant. BUT I changed my mind because of slow service and it's not even packed and by ignoring is for so long. My fried fish arrived but no sauce for it so I asked for garlic butter sauce after another 10 mins of waiting for servers who pretty much avoided making eye contact with any of us and just walking by us rushing and avoiding. So they finally gave me pieces of butter but not garlic butter sauce. I just ended up taking my food home. I will stick to Cantaritos since it's closer to us, food and drinks are really good and ATTENTIVE to customers.
This restaurant is a great place to enjoy a meal. There is plenty of parking available. You can choose to dine indoors or in the charming courtyard. I tried the fish tacos and they were absolutely delicious. I plan on trying the crispy chicken tacos next time. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the restaurant is very clean, including the floors, tables, chairs, and windows. They have a well-stocked bar and the bartender makes excellent drinks. The waitstaff are also excellent and made our dining experience very enjoyable. Overall, the service for dining in was top-notch.

bad customer service, OVERPRICED, bad food23 dollars for 3 quesabirrias?? Seriously? They were okay not even goodI asked for a chicken quesadilla and It ONLY had cheeseI asked if the garlic fries were small and she said yes I paid $8 for all of this that could feed 2 people. They tasted bad, the lady that took my order never told me they were spicy and had chili flakes.Just bad overpriced restaurant, don’t go.At least the only thing that tasted good was the $6 lemonade ??
Tried this place for the first time today. Very lively atmosphere and kind waiters. Really good music. Ordering was quick and so was the food. I swear when I say the 4 al pastor taco special I had was the best AL pastor tacos I have ever had I ain't lieing! They were so flavorful and tender! The best! Definitely give this place a try. The food is good but the service is terrible!!! We're not happy with the fact that when the bill was brought to us they had already added a tip plus they also answered their own survey questions as if it were us giving themselves good marks in everything!!! Next time it's going to be take out we will not eat in the restaurant again?Food: 4/5
I have been eating at Mexico Tipico since they were located on Horner Street years ago. The restaurant was packed for lunch today and the wait time was about 10 minutes. If they had a few more wait staff, this restaurant would be a 5 star restaurant.Food: 5/5
