Why did it have to end up going to Ordering threw the phone/app, very poor change. What happend to talking to people and having small conversations. My so called Waiter didn 't even introduce himself to me or my mum. All he asked what can I get you to drink very poor service very dirty too. When me and mum left, he looked at us and didn 't even ask to see if he can help out with any issue, and I tried to order threw the phone and my payment wasn 't going through. I checked to make sure I didn 't get charged and I didn 't which is good. Just bring back good customer service and don 't hire people that are not willing to work.
Horrible. Most of our party had to get our own refills. Service was slow and forgot some orders. The place was completely dead and we had wait over an hour to get our food. It took us asking 4 times to get silverware. Someone from our party never got her food, when she did it was supposed to be taken off the bill since it was never brought out. The manager said if she took the food she had to pay. The manager had a horrible attitude and seemed like she didn't want to be there. Don't go here.
I think the company in general has gone down in quality at almost every location in this area. It was towards the end of the shift and people get tired, but the person serving us couldn’t remember the order when it was just us and another person. We didnt order much; if you’re going to be forgetful please write it down. The quality of the food is atrocious. Most of the wings were hard. Probably will never come back or get carryout again.
I went to BWW and asked for fresh wings. They came out with re fried pre cooked wings that were dry and tasted terrible. The manager told me corporate told them not to make fresh wings anymore that you gave to order 120 wings to get them fresh. I will not be returning to BBW go to Americas best wings if you want them to taste fresh and right.

It's a B-Dubs, so if you've been to one before, you know what to expect. This location has never been busy when I have gone and I have always been able to find a table easily. The staff is friendly and attentive in the bar area. In the summer, they have a nice outdoor patio area in the town square.
It is located in the heart of Rockville, the location is very good because there is a very nice square, the service is terrible, it is slow, the staff is not friendly or helpful, they take a long time and forget the orders, I was waiting more than 25 minutes for one beer, lack of staff.
Waiters were rude and my friend waited over an hour for a beer while every other table got drinks, including NEWCOMERS. Also add in the fact that waiters were just standing around and not coming to tables and it was ridiculous. Overpriced food, terrible quality.
It’s like nobody works here. Ordered takeout food was still not ready after waiting for over an hour. Do yourself a favor avoid this place. If I could give ZERO stars I would. No wonder this place is always empty.

First time and the last. Horrible wings. The worst I have had in my life. It was not eatable. Service on other hand was good but they cannot do too much with such a bad product.
Walked in with family and sat for 15 minutes with no service from anyone. Walked out. Not recommended.
