I’ve been to almost ever Buffalo Wild Wings in the New York metro area Long Island. I usually love it there, but this location employs extremely rude employees/managers. A few friends and myself decide to go out for my friend’s birthday. Upon getting a table and sitting down the server walks over and was extremely rude when I asked him a question, and then when I asked for more details he rudely stopped me and harshly asked if I just want to speak with a manager about it instead (no clue as to why he couldn’t resolve the situation right there as it was a very simple request). If yelp would allow me to give this place zero stars, I would. We came in at 9:30 at night, Waited 20 minutes for a booth that was open the whole time. By the time we sat, it was not busy, matter of fact the tables around us were not occupied. Finally, the waitress came and took our order around 9:50. The food came out at 10:20, cold as if they just took the chicken out of the fridge and forgot to cook it. Im sure they were just sitting in the passbar for the 30 mins we were waiting for it. My 1st time here with family and I must say it won 't be my last. My experience was pleasant from the time I walked in to the time I was seated. The hostess, the waitstaff who walked me to where I 'd be seated and my waiter (I would shout him out but I forgot his name) did there jobs well. The food, as were the drinks, delicious! I had the veggie burger and my drink was black cherry mezgarita. The drink was ok, in my opinion. My husband had original mojito. If I could give a zero I would. Hostess wasn't accommodating at all. We asked to sit at a high top by bar and we told no, the surprise there's 6 open high tops by the bar.. which didn't matter... went to the bathroom to wash our hands and everything we touched was sticky. From the door to bathroom to table and chairs, just feel like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. We ended up walking out since no waiter came over in 10 min. Just not what we are used to from BWW and super disappointed.

This restaurant is likely the top choice in Long Island. The service, drinks, and food quality all surpass the other Buffalo Wild Wings locations in the area. The wings are consistently delicious, fresh, and prepared just the way you like them. The service here is fast and attentive, especially compared to other locations in Westbury or Hicksville. I really enjoy the variety of sauces offered for the wings at this BWW location, making it worth the trip every time.
Pretty quiet for a weekday.. quick service. They now have paperless checks.. your bill is generated through your cell, you get a text and use your card to pay virtually. Tip.. before confirming, check the amount that is defaulted for tip. It's set as an automatic 20%. Felt a little but hurt when I sent it through for a waitress that really didn't deserve as much.
My friend and I decided to change our order to a On-The-Go, so they cooked everything to perfection and in a carry-out-bag. When we left and about 8 miles away, I got everything out of the bag and found out that they didn't supply napkins, and we bought greasy hamburgers and didn't know how to wipe our hands and mouths!!!!! Everything else was perfect
Upon arriving at this restaurant, the ambiance appeared a bit old-fashioned. The service was excellent, though I felt they could offer Monday night specials for the game. However, the food was delicious and there was ample parking available.

Drinks was good but wings was less than satisfactory for my taste, they were too dry for well done wings. Drinks was really good tho. If I do go back here I'll maybe try not so well done wings to see if it'll be juicy .
They forgot my sauce everything else was cold, They need new cook's people that listen.
