I will start with a positive. While eating in at this location, the wait staff is usually very kind and helpful. My family and I really like their staff. Take-out is a slightly different story. While the flavor of their sauces and rubs is outstanding and is what has built the BWW reputation, the lack of consistency at this location does no justice to the brand. Upon entering, we immediately felt as though we were inconveniencing the staff by requesting a table. After being seated, our orders were taken, but our appetizer arrived simultaneously with our main dishes. My husband's wings were served with the wrong sauce, so we sent them back. When they finally returned with the correct sauce, the wings were lukewarm. We asked for celery, which arrived promptly, but then we had difficulty locating our waitress for drink refills. While the managers have always been pleasant and accommodating, which is why I've given the review three stars, this can't fully compensate for the recurring mistakes. The last time we ordered, we had to return because they forgot to include the buffalo rub on one of my wing orders. It was inconvenient to drive back, but when you pay for seasoned wings and receive plain ones, it's necessary to rectify the situation. My family and I genuinely enjoy BWW, but this location really needs to improve its quality control.
I experienced the worst customer service I've ever encountered here. After waiting twenty minutes at the front, several employees, including the manager, walked past us without responding to our questions or even letting us know that someone would be with us shortly. It wasn’t like they were particularly busy. The staff seemed more focused on their phones than doing their jobs. I witnessed one man ask two different employees for a glass of water four times, and he still didn’t receive it by the time I left.

I placed an online order at 7:00 AM for an 8:10 AM pickup. I arrived at 8:05 AM, expecting to wait just 5 to 10 minutes, but my order wasn't ready. I watched as other customers, who came in after me, received their meals and left, despite the restaurant not being busy. I finally got my order at 9:00 AM, and when I got home, part of it was cold, as if it had been sitting out too long. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and because of this, I won't be returning to Buffalo Wild Wings!
Order online at 7:00 a.m. for an 8:10 a.m. pickup time. I came at 8:05 and my order was not ready to wait about 5 to 10 minutes. I watched people come after me and got their food and left. The restaurant wasn't busy at all. I got my order only 9 a.m. and when I got the food home 5 minutes away, a part of the order was cold as if it were sitting. Very bad experience for the time it needed for my food and to receive it cold. Based on this experience, I will not eat at Buffalo Wild Wings anymore!
Having been in the industry since I was 16, I recognize that providing excellent service to guests isn't difficult, especially during quieter times. While I understand that restaurants can occasionally face staffing shortages, neglecting customers and failing to communicate is simply unacceptable. The staff who were on duty that night need to be held accountable.
This place is my go-to for a pub burger or 20 wings if I want a bunch of different flavors. I was with many BWW, and this place has always friendly staff and decently fast service even during busy times. I'm waiting for my order. Most places are now underoccupied, so a positive friendly attitude is worth mentioning and typing. I'll call you back to get out.

My waitress, Samantha, was fantastic. Unfortunately, the kitchen staff left unexpectedly, so the manager had to step in to cook our food, which caused a bit of a wait. I didn’t mind, though, as I was enjoying the company of my friends, and Samantha kept us updated on the situation. When the food finally arrived, it was delicious.
Things were not as they should have been but when I called in I spoke to a manager Michael and he was great and completely understood where I was coming from. As this is my favorite place I?ll be giving them another try and BWW has the manager Michael to thank for that.
