I went here about 6 o’clock on Saturday night and it seemed as if there was a problem over at the bar later on and my kids were getting upset because there was a man yelling over at the bar area. Our server seemed to have a very bad attitude and she was talking to the guy yelling, i’m assuming it’s someone she knows and there was a problem. It seemed very unprofessional that she was chatting, since our food wasn’t even brought out by our server not once. I had Jenna once before but she was not our server this time u unfortunately! The quality of the food has significantly declined. I ordered a buffalo chicken ranch wrap, and there were only a few small pieces of chicken throughout. It was mostly filled with shredded cheese—honestly, who wants that much cheese in a wrap? It looked nothing like the picture on the menu, and they clearly no longer prioritize presentation. I understand that Buffalo Wild Wings isn't a fine dining establishment, but they could still make an effort to serve food better than just tossing a cheese-filled wrap onto a metal pan with fries scattered around. The only redeeming aspect of my visit was the service; our waitress, Baylee, did an excellent job.
I visited the restaurant late at night around 10 PM with five children and two adults. Sean was our server, and he was incredibly attentive. Everything we ordered arrived exactly as requested. We had no complaints about the service or the food. Typically, I come here on Sundays with just my partner, and the service can be a bit overwhelming. However, this time was great, and I wouldn't hesitate to return. No complaints at all!
The mozzarella sticks arrived cold and needed to be reheated, while the wings were definitely undercooked. They were so old that the sauce had completely soaked into the cold chicken. The service was good, but dining here was disappointing. The chef should focus more on cooking rather than watching TV and drinking Mountain Dew.

The worst service in the bar area that I have ever experienced. They have a tiny man that is very aggressive, giving the impression of some sort of condition of “little man’s” complex. Takeout is a completely different story. These girls seem very efficient and hustle to satisfy their customers.
I had dinner there with my family and service was amazing. We were quickly seated and served. The waitress there was so friendly and polite and she always came back just to check on us and make sure we were ok and to see if we needed anything.
Excellent bartender. Kind of empty but was 230pm. She was very attentive and helpful. Hadn't been there in 10 years but will be back soon!! A must try and you will be back. Food was excellent and came out quickly.
Overall we like BWW. We ordered take out on this review. I was very complicated on the phone and she handled it very well. Missing that 5th star because some of our dinners were missing the condiments dips sauces.

I stopped by for lunch, it's wasn't busy but I was sat for a few minutes and after I ordered the food came out fresh and good. Kept soda refills coming which is a big plus. I enjoyed my visit and would come again
