Came in on a weekend night because it was one of the only places open. I've been to this location for years because it's the only one around. I have had some good experiences here, mostly bad though. Tonight was easily the worst of them all. Bartender was very rude about asking for my identification and took and exceedingly long time to get just a beer at a place that wasn't really busy at all. My food was probably the worst. The flavor and the portion of the wings was pretty good, that was the highlight. We tried 4 times. Would rate a 1 every time. Over an hour wait consistently. Food over cooked, dried out, AND cold. BWW is one of our favorite places to go so we've been hoping that we just caught them on a bad night, but every experience was horrible start to finish. Ate on a Sunday night and 4 of the 5 tables within earshot had complaints. The manager is apathetic at best. They need an emergency reset asap or this place will not survive much longer.
Put order in it said it was done on app went to store they checked on it said it was almost done waited an hour then they said they just got the order when I asked about it again horrible service wish I could of gotten a refund they finally rushed out some old gross chicken that had other sauce on it first and some soggy old fry’s it was gross would not recommend
I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service. My order was incomplete, and the fries were spoiled—almost choked on them. The girl who handed me my order was extremely rude. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

The service at the bar is often slow, and the dining experience isn't much better. The wings are usually excellent, but they can sometimes be served lukewarm. Overall, this place has been inconsistent since it opened in town.

The bathrooms were unclean, and the staff were overwhelmed, but the food is decent for the price and it's a fantastic spot to visit with a group of friends.
It is raging ocean of TVs with every sports channel one can dream of. The all american burger is my favorite. Cool staff.

For sports I've never seen so many TVs in a restaurant for sports in Medford Oregon or Southern Oregon for that matter!
Just went to have a little lunch. Had some wings, they tasted good.
