We were there this past Thursday. Our food took over an hour to come out. Never saw a manager. Our waitress barely paid attention to us. Probably trying to avoid us because our food was taking so long. We've been there the past several Thursdays. It's the same excuse every time, take out is taking too long. We're going to give the Mt. Pleasant Bdubs a break for a while.
The wait staff was excellent. Food was great. But it took 1hour and 45 mins to get our food. Almost 1hr to get our appetizers. We were told Togo orders come first before dining customers this is not right. This has happened 3 other times at lunch. Over 45 minutes to get our lunch. Probably won’t go back till they figure it out
the manager was a dick and very rude had to wait waaay until long for eating and they forget the half of our order. will not be impressed at all for a long time to go back! it is sad that it is my family favorite place to eat!

The chicken was barely covered in sauce for mine. My dad accidentally got a different hotter wing in his basket.
Food came out missing items. Waitress appeared to have too many tables to take KC during our visit.
Order was messed up. Had feathers in the wings. Service was amazing tho!
