Buffalo Wild Wings Mt. Pleasant

We were there this past Thursday. Our food took over an hour to come out. Never saw a manager. Our waitress barely paid attention to us. Probably trying to avoid us because our food was taking so long. We've been there the past several Thursdays. It's the same excuse every time, take out is taking too long. We're going to give the Mt. Pleasant Bdubs a break for a while.

The wait staff was excellent. Food was great. But it took 1hour and 45 mins to get our food. Almost 1hr to get our appetizers. We were told Togo orders come first before dining customers this is not right. This has happened 3 other times at lunch. Over 45 minutes to get our lunch. Probably won’t go back till they figure it out

we sat outside. where the table arrangement was set up, we could not even talk about one end of the table to another. sa for 20 minutes before we even order our drinks alone. with two small children, this was a challenge. the waitress was very friendly, but eating came out slowly.

I usually order takeout, but this time I dined in with a friend. The wings were amazing! They were even better when they were brought out fresh and hot from the kitchen. The staff at this restaurant is always so friendly. Reserva una mesa ahora

Went there for my wife’s birthday and asked to be seated outside on our reservation. We seated indoors. Food and drinks took forever to come.
