Buffalo Wild Wings Royal Oak

I made a reservation on OpenTable a few days in advance for my friend's birthday dinner, as he was on call at the hospital and had limited time to eat. When we arrived at the restaurant and informed them of our reservation, they told us they weren't honoring reservations because they were unsure of their setup. It was frustrating to have made a reservation ahead of time only to be turned away. The staff was also rude about the situation, so we decided to leave as we didn't have an hour to wait for a table. Additionally, receiving a confirmation text from OpenTable added to the frustration. I will not be returning to this Buffalo Wild Wings location.

I made a reservation for 2 people at 11:45pm through Open Table. When I got to the restaurant at 11:40pm, there was a line of people waiting to be seated. My reservation was not recognized, and I was informed that I would have to wait 45 minutes to get a table. The host mentioned that they do not accept reservations through Open Table. Being turned away late at night when most other places were already closed was unprofessional and showed a lack of good customer service.

I booked a reservation for at on Open Table. When I arrived at there was a line of people waiting to be seated. My reservation was not honored, and I was told I’d have to wait minutes to be seated. The host stated they do not honor reservations through Open Table. To be turned away in the middle of the night after all the other establishments have closed for the evening was unprofessional and displayed poor customer service.
