We booked a table through open table and when we arrived the host had no idea how to even check that a reservation was made online. The waitress was less than interested in doing her job. Checked on us once throughout our meal, everyone ran out of drinks. Food took awhile to arrive and was just ok. Didn’t even get my side that came with the meal. The restaurant is very loud and very dimly lit making it difficult to even see the menu. Overall not impressed and wouldn’t go back.
Food was delicious, service was excellent. My only issue was that when I mentioned Open Table they told me their IPad was down and were going to try and get a charger. The girl at the front acted like she couldn’t care less and it wasn’t her problem. She didn’t try to rectify it, I reached out to Open Table directly and they fixed the problem. I think the establishment needs to be schooled on how to handle this type of situation
I informed them that I had a reservation, but they claimed they had no record of it. When I explained the situation, they insisted they were unaware of any reservations. It's incredibly disappointing. They are dishonest and untrustworthy.
This is a great spot that's also convenient. The service was excellent, and our server's recommendations were fantastic. Additionally, the rewards program they offer provides great value for future discounts. Reserva una mesa ahora
The WINGS were not crispy at all. Southwest salad was about average. They forgot to put dressing on. The place was not clean. Stuff all over the floor and my menu was worn out and sticky.
I told them I had a reservation and they said they didn't take any reservations and I told them about it and they said they had no warning. you are deceitful and silly.
the place looks old but they still do a good job with everything overall. Tje new burgers are great I love their apps and wings too
