I was just here for lunch. 1 of 2 tables at the whole place. the service took some time. 2 and a starter. the buffalo afteros as app were disappointing. most of the chips were boiled and burned near. the first escape was the chicken sandwich and while it was ok the chicken was very hot (good) but the brot was cold (bad), as if it had just come out of the refrigerator or something. thorny rings were also cold. it was obvious that the only thing that was fresh was the fried chicken. the second gutter was a garnel basket. Asian garnels were fresh, but the french sat for a long time and the cheese on the french was completely firm (cold) on all. I wish I had gone somewhere else and probably won'...
I eat here all the time, it was always our favorite spot, convenient as I live nearby but this location is going downhill fast the staff is friendly And always nice but Every time I get a to go order, Everything I order becomes smaller portions of that of what I receive when dining in. Especially caulilower and dips. I paid $7 For a handfall of pieces of cauliflower. (Maybe 5) I always pay extra for dips and I'm charged but rarely ever get them unless I pick up in person and double check my bag. Even the to go packaging has gotten smaller. Sad to say but I am going to have to start driving the distance for another location.

I had excellent service, food, and I will back! My waiters name was Marcus and he was very helpful and effecient! Everyone there is very helpful with changing the TV so I could watch the bull riding finale in Las Vegas a while back! Plus their sweet Thai wings are to die for Btw for other college students they have great wifi and wall outlets! 5 out 5
the issue here is not the food as we bring it home. the service is a wwful. the situation began that ignores the cheese and the chips. the portion was not on the restaurant standard. since we were all together, we were a couple of 6. the manager erika in my opinion needs more training or her personal interactions than terrible.
service was terrible for waiting for 30m for my order food was cold and was refused a refund , ask to speak with manager and was told im not gonna call her because its her day off , that i need to wait and im not the only person that was told that , rude assistant manager terrible wait staff
touchtunes, the virtual jukebox, was still left, but they play other music about it. my schnitzel doesn't know any limits, just get rid of or not playing their own music about it, they have a remote control for it. edit: they played a good song. still upset.

the service is usually quite good. the same for eating. still shocked how much prices have risen in inflation.
