eating was great, but it would have been nice if alcohol is served again and if it somehow provided the buffet again. the atmosphere was clean and ely dead. there was a low lighting because there was no lighter, just on sunlight. more lighting would have been nice and if there was music because there was no music. music played in indies would have been cool. our waitress was nice and knew the menu well. the staff, including our waitress, stayed in the kitchen mostly back. so it was quiet except me and my friend. we had to go back to the kitchen and knock on the door to get the attention of our waitress to order more food from the menu. then she was attentive again. we gave her a nice tip. th...
we were thrilled by this place after the readings, but it fell short. they fight because of the staff and the chef seems like a fill between chef. the food quality was bad and the service was slow. they missed a court and we gad to send two back. but the manager came to us and apologized for the situation. He said he didn't want to get people in, but didn't want to turn them away. He took the charges for the courts we sent back. I don't know if I'll do this again.
Absolutely fantastic food and service! I tried several appetizers and and entrees, as well as two types of naan from the extensive bread menu. Well worth the drive out to Wayzata from Minneapolis, and the food equalled (and possibly exceeded) the best Indian food that I've had closer to home. I will be back!
I work a couple doors down from Bukhara and have gotten so addicted to their menu! The chicken curry is definitely my favorite for now, but I have yet to have a bad meal!! I would recommend this place to anyone who loves Indian food or is looking to try it for the first time!
