Buona - Reserva de mesa

I live in the Condos directly next door to Buona, so my kids want to eat there at least twice a week. Unfortunately, the customer service at this location is always terrible. The manager, who I believe is a Hispanic male, has the worst attitude ever. My recent experience was a disaster - my order was completely wrong with no avocado or bacon on the chicken sandwich, my son's sandwich was soggy with no cheese, and they put hot instead of sweet sauce on it. My pizza was overcooked with barely any cheese, despite me paying for extra. When I called to complain, the manager was disrespectful and asked why I didn't come back if I lived next door. I used to adore this Bouna location, but the food quality has significantly declined. They used to serve hot, freshly made fries, but the last few times I have been there, the fries have been cold and overcooked. Even my beef sandwiches are now cold and dry. It is extremely disappointing, and I hope that the quality improves and returns to the high standards it once had. Overall, I would rate the food and service a 1 out of 5.

The restaurant offers excellent service and food. It is a great place to dine in for lunch, with prices ranging from $30 to $50 per person. The food quality is rated 5 out of 5, as well as the service and atmosphere. Highly recommended dishes include the Grilled Chicken, Buona Beef, and Fries.

I frequent this place after a round of golf and the food is delicious and it is the most well staffed and run restaurant I've seen in years
