This is a small burger place in the 626 area. I did not realize of this place after living here for 4 years. There is a small parking lot. They have their A/C on in the cold weather. Because of that, we order our burger to go. We ordered a double cheese burger with fries. I used the Yelp check-in offer for a cheese burger, and a side of fries. The cheese burger is decent to me. As someone who used to really enjoy dining here, I am quite disappointed with their service. My husband, who is always polite, greeted the cook with a smile when we entered, but the cook just looked him in the eye and then turned away, ignoring him. When I mentioned to my husband that we should leave because of the cook's rudeness—who I think might be his daughter—the cashier responded with an attitude. We won't be returning to this restaurant again.
Our buns were burnt. The meat was the frozen patty kind you get at the store. The fries were soft and they laid them on top of a pickle spear making them even more soggy. The drink selection was very limited and the syrup hadn’t been replaced in a while on the machine so my Sprite had that weird flavor. I was charged extra for yellow chilis and when I asked for ketchup I was given exactly 2 packets per order. Never again.
The cheeseburger was quite decent, with the patty cooked to perfection. However, I was a bit disappointed with the fries, as they turned out to be soggy. I appreciate the check-in offer, and I'm thankful for that. When I placed my order, the chef was nearby, dressed in his uniform, which really showed his dedication and respect for his craft. I'm definitely planning to return to try their fish and chips!

As for whether I'd return, I have to say there's a good chance I won't. One downside is that they seem to charge extra for everything, like 50 cents for yellow peppers and a dollar for a refill. Their combo is priced at $9.50, which is reasonable, but I'd rather pay an extra $1.50 or $2.00 for a larger burger with free refills and peppers included.
AMAZING BURGER! This burger is crafted with care and made fresh to order. The owners are very welcoming. I highly recommend giving the Burger Basket a try!
I visited Cave again after 20 years and it’s just as I remembered. The burger is still the best!

Low quality expensive food you can probably make better burgers at home
