Burger de Ville - Reservar una mesa

This was one of my favourite burger places to go. At one point, I thought it was on par with BURGR/ Gordon Ramsay's place in Las Vegas. Recently it's been other than juicy....medium -well was dark *& hard on the outside & dry inside./ use a fork & it'll flip.Upon leaving, I realise the problem. The "flipper" had 4-puck-like burgers on the grill & no one in the restaurant. We got one of those pre-over cooked ones. Interestingly, the women leaving upon my arrival complained about their burger as well when I met them at the hairdresser days later. The owner should be aware of the pre-cooking that's happening. The burgers are delicious and the ribs are even better! The prices are very reasonable and there is a spacious seating area to enjoy your meal.
