I had been to so many of the Burger Factory restaurants and was never disappointed with the freshness and customer service of the restaurants but this particular one made me rethink if I will face the same issues I had with the one for the remaining ones I am planning on visiting. I would like to start by saying that it took 20 minutes for my order of 2 burgers, fries and poutine to be made. I had to get up and look towards kitchen in order to get the food which was very frustrated experience since I had to put more money at the parking meter due to this lateness. Everything I ordered was TERRIBLE!I ordered though Skip on Sunday Aug 7 around 5pm and the burgers were cold, patty was soooooo dry and flavourless, buns were heavy, hard to swallow. The fries were cold and over salted and poutine was extremely salty but was kind of warm from the gravy. Even the drinks were wrong, asked for Diet Pepsi but was given regular Pepsi (don’t like the flavour of regular Pepsi, love Coke or Coke Zero but was not option)We took a few bites and threw it out.With name like Burger Factory I was excited but extremely disappointed with the whole order.

Burger Factory in Streetsville, Mississauga, Ontario, provides an outstanding dining experience with a varied menu. The Utility Sandwich is a delicious and refreshing choice, while the Juicy Lucy Burger is a must-try for its flavorful, cheesy goodness. The Tornado Fries are crispy and incredibly addictive. Murad's exceptional service enhances the overall experience. I highly recommend this place for fantastic food and top-notch service.

Delicious burgers and fantastic service! The juicy patties were perfectly cooked to perfection, and the variety of toppings available made for a delightful experience. A great place to order gourmet burgers they are juicy meat is pretty good and they have a reasonable choice of toppings very classic I tried burger combos with fries and onions rings they were freshly made and with a nice flavour there are sweet potatoe fries available as well I might try them another time

This is likely the best burger I've had in quite some time. The presentation was impressive, the beef was cooked to perfection, and the toppings and sauces complemented it wonderfully. Murad, the manager, was very welcoming. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

This is our regular as we live close by. The food was freshly made and they were cooked reasonably fast. They are consistently delicious. Fries had the right texture crunchy on the outside, and juicy and soft on the inside. Price is reasonable. Will come again.
