My visit was quite disappointing, mainly due to the poor condition of the ice machine, which was in very bad shape. An elderly woman cleaning the lobby was working hard to manage the situation, but despite her efforts, it remained a complete mess. This is simply unacceptable. I wanted to share a concern regarding my recent experience at your restaurant. I found the ice cream machine to be in very poor condition. While I noticed an older woman diligently cleaning the lobby, it was clear that the ice cream machine had not been properly maintained.

The person at the window was unfriendly and seemed disinterested, with no smile or any indication of good customer service. Unfortunately, my food didn't taste great either! It's absolutely true that the attitude of the person serving your food can affect its taste. Food that's served with a smile really does seem to taste better— I encourage you to notice this the next time you dine out. I've visited this restaurant many times before and generally had decent service. Come on, please show a little friendliness while serving customers; it can make a difference in whether we choose to return. If you don't care about customer satisfaction, maybe this isn't the right job for you.
I have to say, I was quite disappointed with my visit. When I walked in to place my order, the mother of one of the employees was at the counter speaking loudly about a screen protector and entertaining the two young workers by demonstrating how to crush it — it was very strange! It felt like she hadn’t been out in a while. Eventually, one of the guys finally paid attention and took my order. While waiting, I walked over to the gas station side thinking they might have food being prepared, but the employees were just goofing off behind the counter. Save your time and head to Chick-fil-A instead; this place just isn’t worth it!

The person at the counter was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, which is something I never expected to say about Burger King. Although we had to wait a bit for our order, it wasn't too long, and the staff member genuinely went above and beyond to help us. I'm giving this place four stars instead of five because there was no soap in the men's restroom. I wish I had caught the name of that guy because he really made our experience enjoyable. He definitely deserves a raise!

Although we had to wait a little while for our order, it wasn’t a long wait at all, and the guy really looked after us. I’m deducting a star because there was no soap in the men's restroom. I really wish I had noted the guy's name, as he nearly single-handedly salvaged this review. He definitely deserves a raise.
I ordered a Whopper Jr. with cheese and no tomato, but instead received a cold fries and a Whopper Jr. with tomato and no cheese. To make things worse, I was asked to pull forward even though there were no other cars in line. This experience makes me hesitant to return. Additionally, I wasn’t given a receipt, which makes me wonder if some places do that to prevent customer feedback. Overall, I was very disappointed.
I can't praise my experience highly enough, so I'm heading back for an early meal. The young woman who took and prepared my order was courteous, attentive, and quick. Additionally, they warm up the cookies, which makes the whole bag smell like freshly baked goodies!

Recently, every Burger King around here has been disappointing. I used to enjoy their food, but the quality has declined, which I believe is due to the staff and management. Unfortunately, the customer service leaves much to be desired too.
