I'm sitting here eating my KFC reading these reviews trying to figure out what kind of experiences some of these people are saying they had and if some of these reviews are even authentic. I live very close to this location and I'm not lying when I say that I drive past Zestos, to come to this KFC, on purpose. Every time I come to this location the staff is always super sweet to me, my food is always exactly what I ordered, and I have never waited longer than about 5 minutes and that was for a huge family meal. I've literally been through the drive thru a couple of minutes after they closed at 10pm not realizing what time it was and not only did they still take my order, but again, the staff...
I visited this restaurant twice in the past two weeks and unfortunately left both times without food. During my first visit, they were changing the grease, which took two hours during open hours, and there was no sign indicating a temporary closure. On my second visit, they had run out of dark meat. I was told to hold on, but after waiting five minutes, I was informed that they were only pulling up chicken, not the dark meat. There were no apologies or offers to make things right. I ultimately decided to walk away, feeling disappointed to see a place I used to enjoy deteriorate like this. I hope the owner sees this feedback and addresses the issues. I had a bad experience with an employee(tall black guy) I had an online order and he asked to see the confirmation email(which wasn’t a problem) and when I showed it to him he accused me of showing him a screenshot of an email and I told him verbatim “Man I don’t have to come in here and try to steal a 2 piece chicken box” and he still wasn’t satisfied he wanted to see the order number after I showed him the email and that’s when I got offended because I just showed him the email I should’ve just left right then and there and asked for my money back whoever this guy is he really needs to work on his customer service skills because it’s not that serious to have to go through all of that espec...
I used the app for the “quick pickup” and ended up standing there for 30ish minutes waiting for my food. The sweet tea she handed me tasted like water but it was brown. The the staff seemed to be totally lost by orders even tho there was only a few customers. I definitely do not recommend this location until changes are made. Very disappointed.

Ordered the Korean BBQ nuggets. I got several pieces of chopped up chicken tenders no sauce empty fry container and unsweat tea... I called she told me unless I drove 20min back she wouldn't do anything.. on hold with corporate now.. coulda just apologized.. and refunded this trash
The service is excellent, and the food is served hot and well-prepared. However, the ceiling is quite messy. I wish the owner valued this location as much as the staff values customer service and high-quality products.
Our order was messed up, so I went back to the restaurant and spoke with the district manager, Ms. Betty. Unfortunately, she was rude and unhelpful when I asked her to replace a drink that hadn't been made correctly.
I had a very positive experience with Uber Eats delivery from KFC West Cola. The staff was very helpful, courteous, and not the usual experience I have had at a KFC.
