Today was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I typically do not leave reviews, bad or good. I placed my order in the drive thru, got to the first window to pay (literally 5 seconds later) and had to repeat my order because they couldn't find it(no biggie). I then got to the second window where they then asked what I ordered, keep in mind I was the only car in line. 5 ofthe employees were bunched up near the window, none of them were doing anything. The employee at the counter, Samuel, stood out as exceptional. He was diligent, polite, and greeted every customer with respect. Unfortunately, other staff members were seen handling food with their bare hands, preparing their own meals on the premises, and behaving loudly and disrespectfully. I felt sympathy for Samuel, who treated me with respect despite me being a 19-year-old in the military. I spoke with the manager to commend Samuel’s strong work ethic. The men's restroom at Burger King was unclean, with plenty of toilet paper scattered on the floor and an empty soap dispenser. Additionally, the ordering kiosks at the counter were out of order, forcing customers to place their orders directly with an employee. Overall, the service was slow and fell short of expectations for a fast food restaurant. The menu options were overshadowed by these service and cleanliness issues.
The restaurant was in disarray, with spills and food strewn across the floor. Even after waiting for thirty minutes, no one made an effort to clean it up. This place is awful, and we certainly won’t be coming back. It's currently 6:48 a.m., and the security cameras clearly show the mess, confirming my concerns.

This Burger King is the worst in the area. They gave me spicy poppers instead of regular nuggets, and my child got an unexpected spicy surprise. The soda machine had no ice, and the store didn’t accept deals from the app. Overall, a terrible experience.
Very loud employees talking about not great work topics. Maybe sor of clean a little .... just all round ... it is one of those restaurants that would not surprise me if the location pertinently closes it down
Outstanding customer service food was on point and the dude with dreads and the little Asian kid he was working with got my food out fast and fresh definitely coming again
I ordered at the drive thru. I ask for the cashier to repeat my order back; he did correctly. Then when we got our order, there were two wrong sandwiches in the bag.

I love their sweet tea, and the flame-grilled food is amazing too.
