We had hungry children and it was mid afternoon.....in France, not always easy to find food at this time of day!! Anyway, we braved a Burger King down the road from the hotel we booked into and it was amazing. It was clean, well organised (Covid-19 times) as they had in and out doors, masks mandatory and only certain tables available to eat at. The food was fresh and delicious. Cooked to order; really nicely presented and very tasty. The staff were friendly. Toilets and restaurant very clean. Hand gel available throughout. It was a nice surprise as we are not fast food joint fans, so well done Burger King Cognac!!
the service and the reception was very pleasant, I was served quickly, and the young person who came to question us on the restaurant was very smiling and very polite, it seems to me that he's called jarod if I remember correctly, if I'm served by this young person who was more smiling, I wouldn't say no, a good recruit that you had her.
This was realy a new almost new place : good service and very good burgers. The only thing I cannot understand is tha some personel was sitting in the restaurant with their smartphone and chatting loudly. Is'nt there a cantine?
It ain’t quick. It’s big. It’s busy. Tastes ok. Dunno why the other two reviews are so poor. Food was fine. Service ok. It’s Burger King! So low expectations. Was more lit of need than choice.

I took my 9-year-old son, the order honored quickly, the establishment clean, pleasant personal. But I don't like that kind of food anymore, but my titou loved it.
Burger king classic, the map is there, the products are the standard quality of the badge. You like Burger King, go.
twice by car and twice I pay for the products I didn't return. Moreover, the telephone service is never available!
The burgers garnished, it's hot, it's very good and the service is fast, we can't ask anything more
