We had the best experience we have had in a really long time at this BK drive thru yesterday. I just thought about it and decided Don deserved a good review! It was nice to get a friendly voice then a friendly person. I was frustrated at first bc they was out of biscuits due to breakfast time almost being over, but he made the trip worth it by giving my dog xtra bacon?Thanks Burger King for having an employee like Don. When you get nice people it makes people like us want to come back?
My aunt and I had both a very bad experience with the manager Regina completely ignored us and not cross a single word with us the crew member who was on the drive tru window at the end of our order he was very sweet and then when my order came, she only assumed that what she gave me was my order and accepted, I wanted ketchup and throwing the packages on the counter could not even give them to me or even tell me that I was welcome.
You are extremely rude when I raised everything that was said? What do you want? And every time I said something if it were? Do you want anything? in an extreme setting, and when I got into the window, they watched a football match instead of making or preparing my food. I've been in the window for more than 5 minutes and no one has said anything other than screaming at a fumble. Better do it, you ass.
Nobody seemed to know what they did. there were 3 people in the lobby who speak loudly and work with the people. ordering came with numerous errors. at one point a car alarm went out and one of the young in the lobby went out to check, said the person cooking it was his car. Burger King is great. They are SO MUCH FRIENDLIER than McDonalds! The employees never seem to be in a bad mood here. Also, a 10lb bag of ice only $1! Go to a convenient store and a 10lb bag of ice is $2.50! They've gone out of their way to hold breakfast items for us as well, and all with a huge smile and friendly laugh. I love the service at BK!
The team lead (white guy with white cook jacket )on duty was in the back cussing at the food because we had a big order. He was very unprofessional. Customers should not be able to hear profanity, especially my grandchildren.Today is 7/20/22 7:45-8pm.
Poor manager. You could tell he was overwhelmed. It's a shame good managers get taken advantage of. The cook was even coping an attitude with the manager. If I was the manager, that dude would've been sent straight home

Order a number 5 with no bacon looks like extra bacon and didn't give the ranch either .. everything else was ok...

"Nice view, great staff service and food was good. Fried peppers were great, not too hot but tasty. Rum bucket was fun; grouper nuggets, gator bites, calamari was average. French fries were better than expected. Recommend the Mahi Shrimp Platter as awinner."
