I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The prices on the menu do not match what they charge in the system, and it's not fair to the customers that the menu hasn’t been updated to reflect the new prices. I felt overwhelmed by the discrepancies. Additionally, some of the staff, particularly a white female employee, were very rude and even used profanity when I pointed out the issue. I definitely won't be returning to this restaurant. If she continues to treat customers this way, she deserves to be dismissed. I've also reached out to corporate and made my concerns known on social media regarding how customers are treated here.
I've visited this restaurant several times since it's conveniently located on my way home from work, but each experience has involved long waits and disappointing food. During my most recent visit, I approached the counter and felt completely disregarded. After waiting about five minutes, I realized I was just wasting my time and could easily find something better to eat elsewhere. It's surprising to see a place that rarely has customers still manage to offer such poor service. It's time to improve!
terrible. they accused me for some things that I did not receive, refused to fix the problem before location and instead said I had to call it. Now, I called and they don't answer their phone, I called the company number and the Indian helpdesk wanted me to install the checkers app so that I could get a $5 credit on the $12 of eating I didn't get. this place was a, I hope they'll be out of business soon.
That is really unacceptable! I had a DoorDash order and it was clear that the staff or management didn't care when my delivery driver called. They informed me that the grill was not working and instead of offering me a replacement for the burger I ordered, they just suggested I take something else. This shows a lack of effort, thoughtlessness, and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.

My entire order was messed up. I received the wrong items, and some were even missing. The drinks were incorrect, too. I had asked for a plain burger with just ketchup, meat, and cheese, but they added all the toppings instead. Half of my order was missing, and everything I got was wrong. If I could, I would give it even fewer stars.
This restaurant should really consider closing down. They couldn't even manage to get a simple order right—half of my items were missing. I didn't receive the new Tangled BBQ Swiss Burger or the Fry-Seasoned Monsterella Stix. Instead, they sent me a small portion of the Famous Seasoned Fries when I had ordered a large.
It was alright. Hit drive thru for a quick bite. They where out of couple items. And the drive person seemed like he had better things to do. But overall it is what it is. A fast food burger joint and it served it's purpose the food was good so that whatmatters.
Every time I get a milkshake it's the wrong flavor or mixed flavor. I don't want my vanilla tasting like chocolate or strawberry. If I wanted a mix I'd order it.

The garlic parmesan loaded fries were a bit heavy on the garlic, but overall, they were delightful.
Do french fries get any better than this? Big Buford is one satisfying burger. IT'S ALL GOOD!!!!
