Burger King - Reservar una mesa

I strongly suggest you eat elsewhere. This is why: The dining room was a mess. Multiple tables had stacks of trash just left on them. Saw roaches as I left the dining room with my food. Gave them a chance anyway and regretted it. The food was dried out and was noticeably past its holding time. Customer service got 2 starts because it wasn't completely terrible. Sure, I had to repeat myself because the cashier wasn't paying attention, and I had to ask them to speak up a couple of times. But at least they were polite and somewhat attentive during our limited interaction. The bathroom looked like it belonged in a haunted house. Not only was it in desperate need of a good cleaning but it was out of soap and even then you'd have no way to dry your hands unless you crossed the dining room and used a handful of napkins. Thankfully there was a gas station nearby with a working, and much cleaner, bathroom. Before anyone says it; No, the store was not busy nor were they shorthanded. They had plenty of staff for the amount of business that came through in the time it took to place my order, have it made (which took close to 10 minutes), bagged and I walked out the door. There were 6 people visible in normal uniforms and 1 in a manager's uniform. They had a whole 4 small orders in the dining room and 1 2 for dinner through. The store was slow enough to say least get the dining room clean.

Most tables dirty, kitchen was filthy, napkin holder and salt packet holder where empty,my onion rings were all stuck together and not crisp, 2 of the girls where just talking to each other while the cook did our food and the young lady taking orders just stood around and forgot to make our milk shakes and that took awhile because is wasn't working properly then I had to use the restroom and I'm not joking it was the worst and I will leave it at that. If I managed that restaurant I would shut it down do a deep cleaning and retrain the staff. Sorry but I have never given a review like this before
