Burger King - Reserva de mesa

Avoid this location at all costs! I ordered around $16 worth of food, including a Whopper with cheese meal, onion rings, and mozzarella sticks. The Whopper was ice cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted; the onion rings and mozzarella sticks were as hard as bricks. I had no choice but to throw everything away. To make matters worse, they don’t answer the phone either. You'll be better off driving just 30 seconds down the street to McDonald's, Carl's, or literally any other restaurant. P.S. The service here is terrible as well!

I ordered breakfast and took a seat, only to discover they had given me iced tea instead of Pepsi. I went back to get it exchanged. The employee appeared annoyed, tossed the cup in the trash, and handed me my replacement without offering any apology or making eye contact, as if I was a nuisance. If their fountain had been open and functioning, I would have simply poured out the iced tea and filled the cup with Pepsi myself.

The staff really need to work on being more attentive to customers' orders. Considering their slogan "have it your way," I was disappointed that the person taking my order wasn't very focused.

They charge an additional $1.00 for drinks if you use a coupon, and my iced tea was served in a coffee cup. Reserva una mesa ahora

The young man who took my order was incredibly patient, and I truly appreciate that kind of service.
