The dude at the speaker taking the orders is half death and he's always on the drive thru I don't understand why. If you say huh 4 times per order switch tasks. They had this dude Ethan that was an alstair said his name greeted you with a smile via drive thru somehow and u left happy.Now they're back to this other guy with the accent that can never hear. My order was wrong I just drove on. I avoid this bk when I can. Food was hot at this time tho. Took over 10 minutes to make a regular whopper. Only 1 other customer around, so it's not like they were busy. It's been a few years since I had a whopper, but this was the thinnest patty I remember seeing ever. I guess the name whopper stands for the size of the bun or it's price or something. I wasn't that hungry, so it was amusing. What was less amusing is that their sanitizers are empty and there's no soap in the bathroom either. the most bad customer service in the history of all. no one in the line, so I went straight to the counter waiting for one of the 5 people who worked there to take my order, then be ignored and have a customer behind me to make their order. seems to be invisible. I mentioned this to them behind the counter, but nobody seemed to care. are those people who represent burger king? really?
Depending on what neighborhood the Burger King is located the prices vary shockingly. We added onion rings when we got to the window and they actually gave us 8 little rings with 4 French fries on the bottom. Pretty sad.
