This Burger King was awful. The wait was 40 mins from the time I got in the drive thru until I parked went in got my food. The customer service was horrible the manager didn't care. The female manager had some guy (not an employee) come in lockthe doors. He was in dirty work clothes was not polite to other customers at all. He then went into the back of the restaurant just hung out. We ordered a coffee, chocolate shake a whopper. The coffee was disgusting!! The whopper was good but notworth a 40 min wait. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL
I order food through their burger king app, had the worst experience with the current manager. She argued on the phone with me about my child's food and didn't want to make my food. She gave my order to someone else before my door dasher got to burger king. I will never order food through them ever again. The WORST, WORST experience I have ever had. I hope they can get a manager that actually cares about the customer's.
We visited earlier this week and ordered a burger, which turned out to be one of the worst I've had in quite some time. The bun was stale, the lettuce was limp, the patty was dry, and there was way too much mayonnaise. I've learned my lesson—next time, I'll ask for light mayo. The fries were fresh, but the rest of the meal was disappointing. I think I'll skip it next time and make something at home instead.
I've been here lots of times, and the last 3 times I went there they messed up my order, I ordered onion rings, and a milkshake, and when I got home and opened the bag they forgot my onion rings and gave me fries instead and a cheese burger. But overall Ilike their food.

The people are always nice and the food always disappoints. Cold food that's slapped together with little care to appearance or quality. I don't think I've ever had a shake there simply because the machine was always broken when I asked.
Took a good 20 minutes to get onion rings and chicken nuggets. There was no one in front of us in the drive through... Although a handful of people appeared in the lobby. Staff was nice but clearly having problems.
They forgot the toy but amazing serv8ce from tored and worn out people. They were beat but still friendly and pleasant. I go there regularly (minus one star for the kids meal toy but 5 stars otherwise)
Good breakfast deal on the 2 for $4.00 crosandwiches. Only complaint I had was I ordered ham and when I got home I found out I was given sausage. Nobody in my house likes sausage so kind of a waste.

Service was fast and employees were kind. The food didn't taste good. Crispy chicken sandwich was soggy and tasted like cardboard. Fries and hamburger were not bad.
If you're looking for cold food and somewhat stale buns, this is the place for you. I've never had a problem with the double Whoppers before.
