I stopped at this bk,cermak and 1rst ave near maywood Illinois, service was great. Food was absolutely terrible. Fries were cold, the cookies i ordered were so hard i couldn't bite them and the chking sandwich........OMG.......i really think whoever is in charge of the store should tell the workers there,that you cant cook a sandwich 4 hours ago and expect that sandwich to be good 5hours later,thats how it tasted. Ruberry is an understatement ,i had to throw it away it was so bad. It was only 8pm. It wasn't closing time so i thought food would have been prepared as such.....fresh. I hope the food cooking staff gets better,this was not a good experience. thanks for reading.
First, me went to there competitor down the street and arrived at 9:00a, but the front door was locked. This is the second time this TEMPhas happened. Finally, me was served a lukewarm meal. Went to Burger King on Cermak and ordered a special of two WhopperJr. sandwiches with two small fries plus extra onions and a glass of water on the side to eat there. My order came quickly with a smile from the server! Wat more do you want for a hot, tasty lunch. Burger King on Cermak will be my place to go from now on.
I made the mistake of ordering in the drive-thru when there were 5 cars ahead of me. I waited for quite a while as the young employees were slow with the orders before mine. I only ordered one item and it took 18 minutes to receive it. There was no one else in line behind me, so I'm not sure why it took so long.
I am quite sure I got either stomach flu or salmonella infection after eating a impossible whopper there. It was a couple of hrs after I leftthe place that the symptoms atarted. I didn't leave 1 star because service is ok, there. But they really need to watch out for the quality of what they're serving.

Ordered an impossible burger meal through Uber Eats and burger was completely charred unable to eat. I was not able to report on app. Waste of money.
They don't close for 30 minutes, all the lights are on. No response in the drive through. Unprofessional! Get your ish together guys!
The customer service at this restaurant is excellent. The food was served hot and fresh, and I have no complaints.
I like to taste the flambs, can't beat him! also the fresh vegetables make the burger better!
