The staff was unfriendly, and when I chose to dine in, they handed my order to me in a bag, as if they didn't want me to sit in the restaurant. The food wasn’t very warm either, and they didn’t call me when my order was ready. Given the money they pay their employees, you would expect a bit of friendliness – whatever happened to “Hello, welcome to Burger King! May I take your order?” The only positive thing I can mention is that they do toast their buns, which is a nice touch. Many Burger Kings lately have been serving sandwiches on cold buns. This decline in food quality has made me gradually stop eating at Burger King. At least I haven't had those issues at McDonald's.
The staff at this location were quite rude and unprofessional. A manager even had the audacity to laugh in front of me and said to the entire team that I come in here often. Honestly, who cares? But clearly, they do. Is it because I'm young, American, and white? I’m planning to file a complaint with the corporate office about this behavior. It's disappointing to see grown adults act this way, and it’s truly a disgrace in my opinion.
My wife and I had a wonderful lunch at this restaurant. We opted for the 2 for $6 Whopper Deal, with bacon and cheese added for my wife. In addition, we also ordered 2 tacos, large fries, 10 pieces of chicken nuggets, and drinks, all for less than $20. Everything came out quickly and fresh, and the restaurant was clean and well-presented. The service was excellent. Overall, a great experience.
Staff here are very nice. The restuarant seems new and renovated. Staff are happy and like their jobs. The bathrooms are very clean. Theres a television that reports news. The food was fresh and well cooked. Overall very fine establishment. Thank you!
