Burger King - Reservar una mesa

When we stopped at the Eurotunnel we decided to get a Burger King expecting it to be reliable. The staff here were miserable and the queue was ridiculous. However, neither of these things even compared to how horrendous the food was. We ordered a cheeseburger, two chicken tender crisps and two steakhouse burgers. The only edible thing was the cheeseburger. The steakhouse burgers were disgusting, but they were nothing compared to the chicken tender crisps. The chicken was neither tender nor crispy, consisting of a barely cooked chicken breast (possible health hazard) and soggy batter. There was a copious amount of mayonnaise on the burger and the salad looked sad. Overall an absolutely dreadful experience and I would never recommend here to anyone.

This happens every time! They have a captive market and must be able to access how many bookings there are! Yet they never seem ready, today there were 5 people standing around doung nothing whilst we waited ages for our food, if we hadn't have checked we would have gone away one meal short, the girl looked most surprised despite the bill in her hand and her filling the bag, oh and they got the drinks wrong!! Shocking service, burger king sort this out this should be one of your best performing venues given the footfall or change your name from fast to slow food !! Shocking

I stopped here whilst waiting for my train to England the service was poor as was the cleanliness of the restaurant bins were full and tables were not cleared in the 30 Mins that I was there, although this restaurant has a captive audience I think they still should improve there restaurant

I had a double whopper with cheese and fries. It was not really what I wanted but at midnight there was no other option. The service was very good and the burger also tasty, much better than McDonald's1
