Went thru the drive thru order 4 bags of 8 pieces ketchup chicken nuggets dt81 was my order number. Why are the chicken nuggets bleeding does not look right it was supposed to be a powder more like dry like you would put on pop corn. I did try calling and all but no one picked up the phone it went right thru the bag and leaked on to my seat in my jeep and all. They are not supposed to be covered in ketchup sauce or say put ketchup and deep fry them with the sauce on them. I have eat wings that did not have this much sauce on them. I have been to the other burger King in sherwood park and they made them better
I've come to give her breakfast a second try. apparently it was around 10.30 a.m. (I came around 10.34) why so early? although it starts at 8 on the stony plain rd, but at this particular place it starts at 7 (I... although it was a chain and had to have the same hours everywhere). had to order something from the regular menu. I have a chicken sandwich for almost $6. a bungalow, 2 pieces salat, mayo and a thin chicken patty. not worth. also tried sundae, which was a frozen milk and so not good. no longer worth my time.
Just like the sign in the picture, I had great customer service from the team that helped me make a angry whopper even though it’s not a part of their menu anymore.Was greeted upon entering. The staff are clearly very customer service oriented.
The manager here named Maria is literally have the bad attitude and don't have any sense to talk to the customers. She is being rude. Never ever gonna come to this location anymore. Don't wanna give any star her attitude deserve -10

the staff are so friendly the manager poe is so nice his staff are really great the food is hot and good ,they have really great specials if your on a budget
I CAME AND WAS GIVEN VERY OLD CHICKEN NUGGETS, BUT WHEN I ASKED FOR NEW ONCE I WAS GIVEN ONE LESS, AT LEAST 20MIN PLUS OLD NUGGETS WERE GIVEN AT FIRST.
