Burger King - Reservar una mesa

Number one problem, no one speaks or understanda English enough to actually be able to take and make my order. In the last. 6 months I have gone to this location. It's has been nothing but problems. I had to be refunded due to this more than once. The food is cold. Their portion size has gone down. So now you get less food. Pay more, and get poor service. I'm done with this location. Based on their other reviews I give them less than a year of business. Do yourself a favor, avoid this location at all costs.

Earlier today we visited, staff were friendly and restaurant clean. However a burger, poutine and chicken fries took 20 minutes. There was no ice in the soda machine and after leaving we found our fork was missing. After we got on the highway we found the chicken fries were missing their sauce. Despite how kind staff were, their mild incompetence will have us skipping this location on our next trip.

The whopper patty is the same as Big Mac, very thin.The location seems clean with seats and tables being fairly clean.The fries came cold and after eating 2-3 pieces and hoping the ones underneath would be warm which it wasn’t, I decided to ask for new fries. At first the cashier was hesitant but luckily she changed it to warm fries for me.

We have come to the okotoks location frequently. But the last 3 times have been awful. 20 minute waits at the drive through window. Cold food. And ignorant
