Steven is an outstanding and famous BK employee in the Hartford county! I’ve been coming to this BK restaurant in Hartford, CT for years, and Steven consistently delivers incredible customer service! He’s always positive, polite, and delivers his famous “welcome to BK catch phrase” to every car at drive thru. I get out of work late sometimes and will order food from BK at night usually around 11pm. My food is always served hot and fresh no matter what time I order my food! I highly recommend Steven to be in one of the BK commercials, you won’t regret it. Middle of a pandemic and mask mandate, and the only person here wearing a mask is wearing it on his chin and touching his face constantly. Cmon guys, this isn't that hard. Can't follow laws or health considerations.*changed to a one star because it took over 20 mins to get our food, they served 6 people in drive thru before us, and the order was SO messed up. No cheese means no cheese man, I can't have it. Seriously.
I worked here for a week back in January 2022. the place is literally refined with rats. they never meet or sweep or even dust the place below. the freezing oil is the same old oil I don't know when. it is disgusting and I really hope that the health department will soon be involved before someone is poisoned.
they do not take pride n it work just bring them into and out hühnerfries, where soggy and they lay order every other time when I get the only reason I always give them chance because they are in the neighboring, but I can see that I do not go back to the future when this goes on

The large fish combo was terrible!!!! The lettuce that they charge you for was old brown and completely wilted the actual fish sand was soggy with grease the fries were only filled barely half way!! Overly priced and gross
Very friendly helpful people. Polite and package everything nicely.Meals are freshly made. Staff wear masks and the last time I was there the food handlers wore gloves.
Unfortunately just keeping it real. Got the order wrong twice in only about 5 times I've ever been there. Thats only what.....60% chance order will be good. Lol
my order wait after 10 minutes when they call and tell them they need to worry about them doing something they missed smh

Maybe 1 out of 5 times you order will be somewhat fresh. Make sure you check the bag before leaving.
it is a good place to breakfast and the staff very good. I recommend it.
