Just stopped by today 05/30/22 at around 10:00pm . I ordered two whopper meals , one order or mozzarella sticks and a Hershey pie. My order came out to be 28 dollars. I get too the register and this African American young lady had the worst customer service I have ever seen in a fast food chain. She literally looked like she had diarrhea or food poisoning, her face was blank, she looked like she wanted to punch the client in the face for coming to order food at the business that pays her to work until 10pm. I politely asked Her for some sauces and marinera sauce, after my nearly $30 dollar order she gave me 4 sauces and told me she had to charge me for more, I would totally pay for more if s...
this is my first STAR review. I checked hundreds of places, and this is the first 1 star. let me tell them I have seen them spit (they really speak loud) at the order. I brought the situation to the manager and yes. I was angry. but I just wanted a refund and I was so upset what she said to me. 1/5FOOD quilty 1/5I will never return to this to support the entirest staff is development. intact, it is possible that I will never go back to another, either after this tortur.
I ordered a sandwich that was made incorrectly, so I asked for a new one and requested it to be plain. However, I was rudely told that they were tired of remaking things and that I couldn't get a new one. The staff and management at this location were absolutely appalling. I would not recommend wasting your money here.
Terrible service. Went thru the drive thru and was put on hold forever so I Went Inside. Ordered an impossible whopper and got it almost immediately but the Thing was barely heated up. Went back inside to get a replacement and the staff couldn't be more sarcastic and rude. I can see why the super low ratings.

I wish I could remember the names of the woman who helped me with the theke. I tried to use the app and have some problems. she was patient and very helpful in this situation that most other fast food workers would have been annoyed. I highly recommend this place. they are service is top-tier!
Ordered a chicken sandwich Plain. Got a chicken sandwich with everything, not a big deal Bring it back asked for chicken sandwich plane had to pay for it or argue my point. Guy and back cooking begins to yell about go home and cook for yourself. I just wanted something to eat
The restaurant had great customer service, but I was not a fan of how the food was cooked or how it was packed in the takeout bag. The food was also a little cold and the portions were smaller than I expected. However, the staff were very friendly and attentive.
don't go here. the people are rude when you were throwing dread. that was cold. they'll keep you waiting long. do not have what is on the menu. make sure they get the correct change back.

Got lightly cooked chicken nuggets ?.Asked for spicy. Dip and got nothing but almost raw nuggets and no dip.Typical of most stores employees don't care and don't listen.
