I've noticed that many fast food restaurants no longer have lines. I understand why… Along with overpriced food, this place is now charging for condiments. We're all facing challenges, but it's ridiculous to require customers to purchase a specific meal just to get condiments. For example, you have to order Chicken Fingers or Nuggets to receive BBQ sauce. Even if I buy a meal and want to use BBQ sauce for my fries, they now charge $0.30 for it. Plus, they don’t even throw in ketchup voluntarily; they just hand over your food and expect you to leave. This is by far the most absurd policy I've encountered. I am really disappointed with my recent order. I asked for a double Whopper, but what I received did not match the pictures. The food seemed old and looked like it had been prepared at least two hours ago. It feels like they don't take care in preparing meals for customers. I can’t help but think they mixed up my order with someone else's because there's no way my food should look like this.
I ordered a #1 with cheese only light mayo light ketchup and heavy onions I get all the way home my burger has lettuce tomato on it no onions at all I have called this location ten times and nobody is picking up the phone I don’t live around the corner I stay 15 minutes away I need to speak with a manager.

They never open inside the store at breakfast time. Everybody has to go thru the drive thru , which is not convenient at all . So I never can eat bk breakfast before work. Drive thru line be super long and the workers are slow. This got to change. They open the store door late as hell.
Should be reclassified as wait for your food. Took 10 minutes for someone to take my order. Even as I write this review, I'm waiting for my food. They have at least 6 people working in the back. It has been 20 minutes so far and still standing here. Get it together bk.
How is it that you can wait in a long line order your food then have several people come in after and leave before you. A ticket that says 16 but yet they are on 21. Management sucks here. She has no direction or guidance what so ever.
Why is the dining room closed at 6pm on a Friday ?? Then the workers look at you as you’re at the door wondering why it’s open ! Do better because I know headquarters have no idea about this !

I placed a mobile order 30 minutes before and waited in a super long line. The lady said she didn’t see my order and made me go back around in the super long line again. Unbelievable.
How are you just closed during business hours? It wasn’t even 10 pm on a Friday evening…
