I have not had good experiences at this restaurant before but my son persuaded me to go for lunch! Upstairs was closed but we found a seat downstairs. The place was dirty. Toilets were closed and only disabled one available. Food took a long time to come and looking at the staff making it I nearly got up and left! One staff member wiped his nose on his sleeve and carried on making food. When the food arrived chips fine, but my chicken royale was dry and unappetising. We ate quickly and left. Never going to be persuaded to go back again. Needs serious uplift!
Would not use this place again, it was dirty with uncleared tables, food remnants all over the floor, bins over flowing , the service was a Joke, took so long to get our order and it was not that busy, other customers were complaining of there wait too, the staff were not using gloves when putting the salad into the rolls etc, the food was tepid and tasteless expensive for what was meant to be a Go Large Portion,,awful place and one to Avoid....
Burger King, is not the first place people think of for a burger but that is a massive mistake, BK food is freshly cooked high quality and well served. We have now been a number of times in the last few months and we have always been welcomed with a smile. The restaurant and facilities are very clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this interchange retail park) venue for friends or family.
I left in a hurry, as there was rubbish on the floors and tables, all the bins were overflowing, and no one was clearing anything up. Absolutely dusgusting, and long queues as well. The manager was standing around doing nothing. As I was leaving, there was a fellow customer complaining about a cold burger, so I am glad I didn't stay long enough to eat. Avoid at all costs.

Staff just stand around doing nothing! No matter if it’s busy or quiet you still have to wait ages to get served and they still manage to get your order wrong! Got a long big king meal instead of the king meal they take the whole bus ticket for one deal instead of just the bit for the deal you are using. Filthy and mess everywhere. Staff just do nothing.
The tables, chairs, floors and glass dividers between tables were all dirty. The glass dividers in particular looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months. The leather bench seats were falling apart. Crumbs over every inch of the floor. The fries were over salted and I wish I'd never bothered.
Tables and chairs in disrepair. Food regularly below usual Burger King standards. Rude staff and manager (he's a weird one). Over priced and not fresh. This place is always empty and now you know.
Awful Burger King, rude miserable staff, one serving long wait and queue. Dirty, old and outdated. Stag just standing around the only one serving wearing a coat. Give it a miss.

Dirty, staff are rude, food is terrible. Go and eat somewhere else don't waste your money. If I could give minus for a score I would . Close it down and open another shop .
