I've had three terrible experiences in a row. Each and every time staff has been extremely rude and unprofessional. They claim they don't do mobile orders and somehow the item I order is always out off stock when I order through the drive thru. I will not be visiting this location ever again. They need to close this location just like the horrible one on Grand Ave that got closed down. If you don't want to work at Burger King, then don't get a job at Burger King. I hope the owner sees this and considers rethinking their hiring strategy for this BK. The morning staff are absolutely atrocious and need to be fired. And no matter what time you come in, your whopper will be dry and/or cold. Zero...
I wish I could give this establishment 0 stars. I waited 40 minutes for me food just to find out they told my driver they didn’t have whoppers and couldn’t deliver my order. I called them to see what was wrong then they told me they can exchange it for a regular whopper and that I would have to come pick it up, basically asking me to pay full price for a sandwich they don’t have to give me a worse sandwich! And pay for the delivery fee to drive over there to get it!!! The manager is a rude female that yelled at me to cancel my order when there is no way to cancel it. Never order from this burger king!! I ordered at 5:00 and it is now 6:12. Waste of time and money…
It was reported that upon entering the restaurant, they were not allowed to sit in the lobby, which did not make sense at all. Why would they have the lobby doors open if they weren't allowing customers to wait there? Additionally, they received attitude for no apparent reason.
Really bad experience, girl there was the register running over to the kitchen without putting gloves on. Yelling bad words to some people in the drive thru. Slow, unprofessional poor sanitation. Meet on burgers smell horrible look like they were in water for along time.

I received quick service at this Burger King located in the west side of St. Paul, 55107. The restaurant was clean and the staff members were friendly. I was provided with four napkins in my bag. I will definitely be returning to this location in the future.
This store is always out of Chicken and the store is locked during breakfast hours so you can't go inside the new manager there is running out of food on purpose to control her food cost or she just don't know how to order her truck delivery.
The customer service at Leon was fantastic. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service. Leon even went out of his way to make my daughter feel happy and special, which is not easy to do. Kudos to Leon!
they served me really fast in my bag were 4 serviettes: the opposite looks nice and clean the workers were nice and friendly and yes I will return to this burger king in the west side of st.paul 55107

leon customer service was amazing. expected this type of service not at all. he even made my daughter happy/especially what is difficult to do. great rides on leon!
