What a joke. Downloaded the app and was offered a free whopper for being a ?new register? The MANAGER does not know how to work the app and could not assist in redeeming the offer. Her response was ?I don?t pay for food? so I ended up paying close to $13 when I only anticipated to pay about $5. On top of that the drive through took so long about 8 minutes AT THE WINDOW. Keep the free whopper don?t want the app anymore if not even the manager can help redeem items. Waste of space that location is. And the app is useless.
I stopped by this restaurant quickly before hitting the road. I ordered the chicken dish while my husband ordered the fish dish. They accidentally gave us an extra dish with cheese. For mine, they put the cheese in a separate container and told me to add it to my sandwich.
It's a fast food joint, you're here for a quick fix of substance. The food you get is similar to other Burger King's which is enough to feel satisfied. This location has been short-staffed meaning reduced hours for a year now so look elsewhere past evening
I ordered the family bundle and added cheese with no onions to all whoppers. Also added 16 pieces of nuggets and a large fries. There are no nuggets and whoppers still have onions and no cheese! WTH. Paid $27.77 for everything. Poor service!

The wait was terrible. We spent 30 minutes in the drive-thru lane and the line didn't move at all. We eventually got out of line and attempted to order inside the restaurant, but the doors were locked with a sign saying drive-thru only.
There is always a wait. I feel like the service could be faster. And I also feel like some of these workers come to work high as well.
The staff were all friendly, worked as a good team, and kept their patience with a long line. Food was fresh, hot, and right!
Why is the lobby closed. Every store around has open lobbies. I'm sure they have some pathetic excuse
