Drove up to the drive through, person over the pa seemed to not want to be there, I said hold up man, making a decision and he came back saying that I said ma'am. I told him I apologize if you feel I said that but I said man, they he had to take it a little bit further and started scolding me over the speaker. Shut this place down, every time we have gone, all we get is issues. May return but will be hesitant.
Even though they no longer have fresh-not-frozen meat, and are getting skimpier on the lettuce and tomato, and the 'dining room was colder than the outdoors (in January! , the food was still pretty good. The staff still favor the drive-through window over the walk-in counter customers because the drive-through is still highly timed and the walk-in traffic is NOT.
Whenever I visit Burger King, I consistently find that the food is not very hot. I am unable to have cheese or mayo, and I have noticed that my order is often incorrect or I receive the same items multiple times. Despite this, I still enjoy their Whopper Jr. burger. Please note my dietary restrictions mentioned above.
I hate to leave a negative review, but I am now without lunch because the honey mustard sandwich was topped with melted cheese. I cannot eat cheese! Please be mindful of keeping different foods separate in the future. On the positive side, the fries and soda were enjoyable. Reserva una mesa ahora
Went in the drive thru and they not only did not take my order down, i waited 15 minutes in line and, three team members told me i did not order my food and offered no way to fix it. I left the drive
What kind of inept managerswork for your store? It's Sunday afternoon and you have no Oreo Pies and no Onion Rings? You don't even have drink trays. Learn how to manage your inventory.
I wish I could do 0 stars. all I wanted was a rodeo HAMBURGER. how hard is it to pay attention to detail? I worked fast food and never got complaints. Noncompliant trash workers.
The manager and her team at this restaurant are very unprofessional and should be let go. New employees and management are necessary for this location to see any improvement. Reserva una mesa ahora
