This restaurant has an exceptional manager who really excels at making recommendations. When the spicy nuggets were on the menu, he encouraged me to try them with ranch sauce. I went in expecting something average, but they far exceeded my expectations. The spice was perfectly balanced with the crispy coating, and the paprika gave it a flavor reminiscent of Nashville-style hot sauce, which paired wonderfully with the rich ranch. It was a flavor explosion that hit me like a bus running a stop sign in a school zone. My taste buds were truly in culinary heaven. The only reason I didn't assess the atmosphere is that I was sitting in my truck.
I had a fantastic experience at the drive-thru, and it's all thanks to Alex, the person who took my order. He was exceptionally polite and patient, especially since we had several people ordering in the car, which can be challenging. Alex handled everything seamlessly, answering our questions about the menu and providing useful information. I usually don’t fill out surveys, but I felt compelled to share how remarkable his customer service was. Alex’s outstanding attitude truly deserves recognition—he's a tremendous asset to Burger King. I have no doubt he will achieve great things in life!
As a 50-year-old customer, I visited the restaurant on June 8, 2021, at around 4:40 PM to pick up food for my children through the drive-thru. I had an excellent experience thanks to three teenage employees who delivered exceptionally friendly and courteous service. Having worked in the food industry myself in my younger years, I truly value good customer service and have seen its decline over the years. However, the employees I interacted with yesterday really deserve recognition for their outstanding service. Thank you for your hard work and dedication!
I have been a regular at this restaurant for several years due to its convenient location near my home. However, yesterday I ordered a chicken sandwich and discovered that the center was completely raw after taking a bite. I promptly returned it, and they offered me either a refund or a replacement sandwich. Unfortunately, I've now come down with food poisoning as a result. The resolution they provided does not even begin to address the serious issue I faced. I won't be coming back and will advise others to steer clear of this place too.

I had to wait quite a while for my order when dining in, which was frustrating. It seemed like the staff prioritized the drive-thru customers over those of us inside the restaurant. I got the impression they felt that serving drive-thru customers was more urgent. Despite this, I think they did an overall good job, so I gave them four stars.
I had a wonderful experience at this Burger King. The Whopper Jr. was freshly made and absolutely delicious, and the fries were great as well. I would definitely prefer this location over McDonald's. The service was friendly, fast, and attentive. The restaurant was clean, modern, and really welcoming and comfortable.
They managed to mess up an order of two in a truly unbelievable way, almost as if they tapped into some cosmic force to do so.
The food was fresh, my order was correct, and the service was prompt. The staff were also very friendly.
